At PKB, we want you to love your gear as much as you love the game. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed items with the original tags attached within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@pkbsocial.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment or process your exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return and confirm return eligibility.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
